PTA Hosting Education Town Hall Today in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Learning about the top priorities in Missouri school systems.
The Missouri PTA is holding a town hall meeting in Springfield this morning called Kids First.
Lawmakers at both the state and federal level have been invited, including Senators Blunt and McCaskill and Congressman Billy Long.
The PTA's president will moderate and bring up topics including local control of schools and funding for early education.
The town hall is set for 9:00 a.m. today at Holland Elementary School.
