Local Dems, GOP to Hold Watch Parties Tonight

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Volunteers who have worked hard for their favorite candidates will gather tonight to watch election results.
Republicans looking to support their party will be gathering at the Oasis Convention Center in Springfield tonight. The watch party starts at 7 p.m. after the polls close.
The Convention Center is at 2546 North Glenstone. They'll be monitoring the local, state and federal elections. There will be complimentary appetizers served as well as a cash bar.
The Democrats watch party will take place at Howard Johnson at 3333 S. Glenstone.
It also starts at 7 p.m. and will have light snacks and a cash bar.
