Country star Randy Travis had a run-in with the law Tuesday night.
He was arrested after police say they found him lying in a remote stretch of road in northern Texas.
He was allegedly naked, and smelled of alcohol.
Authorities say Travis was involved in a one-vehicle accident.
He refused to be tested for alcohol, so a judge granted a search warrant for a blood test.
Travis also allegedly made threats to shoot and kill the troopers on the case while in custody.
He's facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated and a felony for retaliation.
A representative for Travis has not returned calls for a comment.
After the Super Bowl in February, Travis was arrested for public intoxication. He pleaded no contest.
