Monday was the Picnic Palooza at the Republic Library but Tuesday was the Pajama Party at Library Station.
Dozens of kids wore their pajamas to celebrate the end of the library's summer reading program.
Kids were treated to campfire eats like smores, hot cocoa and cookies.
This year's summer reading program theme was "night" and open to patrons of all ages.
"There's over a thousand adults who participated and definitely thousands of kids because between just the people that come into the brach we do tons of outreach to all different types of local organizations to daycares through the WIC clinic so thousands of kids are touched," says Library Station Reference Manager
Shay says the summer program acts as a bridge of learning between grades for students as they're away from school over the summer.
