MSUBearSports2007-04-21-1177203385.jpgIt may have been a beautiful spring day outside. But for hundreds of people at the Plaster Sports Complex it was football weather.

Missouri State wrapped up spring drills with the annual Maroon and White game. Coach Terry Allen split up the Bears with even talent on both sides, and then cracked open the new no-huddle playbook.

Matt Krapful back at quarterback after the knee injury and he hits Jeff Sargent with this pass for a nice pickup.

That would set up this short touchdown scamper by Jonathan Davis and its 7-0 White.

The White team gets more in the second quarter, this time it's Jared Emery at quarterback, and he goes up top for the long pass to Jordan Eversley, that's a 50 yard pickup and a first and ten.

A few plays later Emery goes on top again, this time to Tamarkus McElvane, that's a 22 yard touchdown connection, 14-0 White.

The White team would add more late in the second, this 36 yard Nathan Stokes field goal makes it 17-0 White and the White wins 17-6.
