Horse Festival In Springfield Today

Hundreds of people spent this weekend taking in the best that Ozarks breeders have to offer.
Horsefest 2007 wrapped up with several demonstrations from area horse breeders.
The event brings out horse lovers from across the country, to compete and take part in a very large trade show.
We spoke to one owner today who says it's an event that allows people to see all that horses have to offer.
Horse owner Micheal Workman says, "it's been interesting. All this is probably the only place you can see the different breed of horses come together and you get to see all of them."
Those involved say there were also a good amount of horse management techniques discussed this weekend.
