Springfield police are asking for the public's help to find a woman who has been missing for more than a week.

Rhonda M Heyl, 45, was last seen Thursday, March 1, near Jarrett Middle School.

Her family reported her missing the next day.  Police say it is highly unusual for Heyl to leave without telling anyone, and it is out of character for her not to be in touch with her family.

Police describe Heyl as  having brown shoulder length hair and green eyes. She is 5'4", 145lbs. She may be driving her black 1995 Chevy S10 Blazer bearing South Dakota plate 1SF-697.

Anyone with information about Rhonda Heyl is asked to call Springfield police at 417- 864-1810.  An anonymous statement can be made at 869-TIPS.
