Dozens of vintage automobiles - all manufactured before 1948 - will wind through the Ozarks hills this summer for a vintage car rally.
The first-ever Hemmings Branson Vintage Rally is expected to attract 50 to 75 teams for a 5 day road race through the back roads of southwest Missouri.
Organizer Rex Gardner of Grove, Oklahoma was in Branson Thursday to announce the event, which raises money for autism research. Gardner's grandson
is an autism patient.
The race starts June 11, starting and ending each of the 5 days at the Hilton Hotel on Branson Landing. Teams will race for $60,000 in prize money.
