Charges Filed in Storm Related Crimes

Charges are starting to be filed against people accused of trying to take advantage of storm victims.
Thursday, prosecutors charged Jason Waln and Norma Jean Black, both of Springfield, with stealing laptop computers from homes.
Generators are also a hot ticket with thieves. Springfield police say five reports have been filed about stolen generators.
One man, Ricky Martin, faces stealing charges for allegedly taking a generator from Burlington Northern Railroad.
