Missouri State Highway Patrol Honored 13 At Annual Awards Banquet

(St. Louis) -- Colonel James F. Keathley, Superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol was on hand to pay tribute to 13 employees who were honored at the Patrol's 19th annual awards banquet Sunday.
Captain J. Tim Hull explains what they look for in an officer eligible for their MASTERS Public Service Award, just one of the six categories awards were given out for.
The ceremony was held at the Holiday Inn Select Executive Center in Columbia with family, friends and The MASTERS members in attendance.
