Court Hearing Today For Accused Killer Of TV News Anchor

(Little Rock, AR) -- A court hearing is set for today on a defense motion in the murder case against Curtis Vance, the man charged in the beating death last year of Little Rock television anchor Anne Pressley.
Vance's attorney filed a motion asking the judge to issue an order that would prohibit law enforcement officers from interviewing or having any communications with him without his lawyer present. At least two such incidents are said to have occurred in December and February.
