Minivan Runs Red Light, Hits School Bus

(Springfield, MO) -- A Springfield school bus is involved in a minor crash on Thursday morning. It happened at the intersection of Glenstone and Sunset a little bit before 7:00 a.m.Springfield police say there were only two kids on the bus at the time. They were not hurt. The bus driver had a minor cut on her hand. She went to the hospital, but has been released.
Officers say the bus driver was making a left turn onto Glenstone when the driver of a minivan ran a red light. That driver was not hurt, but police did issue a ticket.
