Kickapoo Wins "The Pearson"

Girls high school golf Thursday morning at the Horton Smith golf course. This is the Springfield city championship, otherwise known as "The Pearson".
It's named after the late Jim Pearson who coached girls golf at a number of Springfield schools.
The Kickapoo Chiefs won by 70 strokes over second place. Lebanon, Greenwood and Mt. Vernon all tied for second, Lebanon won the spot via a tiebreak.
The medalist was Joplin McAuley's Margaret Adams who shot a two over par 72.
