St. Louis a Top 10 Miserable City

(St. Louis, MO) -- A Missouri city has a dubious honor as being one of the most miserable in the United States.
Forbes recently released its rankings of the lousiest places to live and St. Louis came in tenth on the list.
The housing market, unemployment, crime as well as sports teams and sales taxes were all taken into consideration.
So where's the most miserable place to live? Stockton, California topped the list....Memphis, Tennessee and Chicago, Illinois round out the top three.
