Deadly End to St. Louis Standoff

(St. Louis, MO) -- Two men are dead after a day-long standoff in St. Louis, Missouri.
Police were called to the scene Monday by a man saying he was being held at gunpoint.
A short time later, they said that same man called his attorney.
During that conversation, police said the man feared for his life because he testified against the gunman in a drug case.
Shortly after 3:00 pm, smoke and flames filled the business preventing police from entering.
Once officers were able to enter the business, they found the bodies of both men.
The investigation is ongoing.
