Herb Grilled Salmon -Meals in Thyme

6 4-5oz pieces of Salmon
5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
5 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 1/2 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary
1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
Lay each piece of salmon on a small piece of foil. On to each piece place:
2 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Pepper
3/4 tsp Fresh Rosemary
3/4 tsp Fresh Thyme

Wrap foil around fish to make a sealed package.

Preheat grill or broiler. Place salmon packets on grill or lined baking sheet under broiler. Grill or cook approx 8-10 minutes or until fork-tender and cooked through.
Do not over cook!
Remove from heat and serve immediately with Caesar Salad, cooked white rice or buttered noodles.
