    1Q. How long have you been in business
    A. We have been a family owned for over 20 years right here in the Ozarks

    2Q. How many locations do you have?
    A. We have 2 in Springfield and 1 in Oklahoma with newer stores to open in 2009

    3Q. Why do you post your prices in your advertisements?
    A. We found that posting our prices in the yellow pages, newspaper and on T.V., it gave people something to have confidence in, namely that we offer the same products as everyone else but at a much lower price.

    4Q. How long does it take to get a hearing aid?
    A. With our in-house laboratory we can usually have the hearing instruments ready in 2-3 hours, our OPEN FIT line in as little as1 hour from test to out the door.

    5Q. Do you charge for the hearing test?
    A. The hearing test is usually free along with the hearing consultation, the exception being for in home testing or our “Mobile Service”

    6Q. What separates you from your competitors?
    A. As you can probably tell it is service, price and knowledge of how the products are built so that we get it right the first time.

    7Q. How long do you hearing aids usually last?
    A. With Digital Tec knowledge, they can last up to 7-9 years depending on the hearing loss, style selection, environment and cleaning and up keep of the hearing aid.

    8Q. How long does it take to get “used to” wearing a hearing aid?
    A. Traditional styles usually take around 2-3 weeks, Open Fit 2-3 hours. However, the brain can take up to 45-90 days to “rewire” or process better hearing inside the brain. In other words, most hearing losses don’t occur overnight, getting “better” may take a little while depending on the severity of the hearing loss.

    9Q. Do you have financing available?
    A. Yes! We were one of the first to offer it. With your good credit, you can pick a payment plan that will fit any size budget. Because we offer some of the lowest prices in the Nation, your payments will also be lower. We have from 12-18 months with no finance charges to low monthly payments up to 60 months. This Care Credit is only for medical related products, one of my customers introduced me to it and we have had tremendous success.

    10Q. I like the way my old hearing aids fit, Can I update the “insides” to hear better?
    A. We can test your hearing; replate your old hearing aid in as little as 2 hours! The warranty is on the new circuit only and we give up to $100 credit off of our new aid price list.
