1.) When can I get service?
A: Normally we can answer most service calls within 24 hours. Emergencies always
take priority. We answer the phone and can respond to your needs 24 hours a day.

2.) Do you handle plumbing problems?
A: Yes we do! We have certified Master Plumbers on staff to help. We can handle
any plumbing problems or needs you have in your home or business.
3.) Are you a licensed and insured company?
A: We are a fully licensed and insured company providing service in the Ozarks
for over 40 years. We are a Missouri’s first Lennox Premiere Dealer.
We are members of the Home Builders Association and Springfield’s Chamber of
Commerce.
4.) Is there a charge for an estimate on a new or replacement heating and
air-conditioning system?
A: Estimates for new or replacement systems are free. We can also provide you
with information to help you qualify for existing rebates from various utility
companies, product rebates, and potential tax credits available for keeping
things “Green”, for environmentally friendly equipment.
5.) Do you offer any financing programs?
A: We do have financing available for new equipment installations and expensive

6.) Do you offer maintenance agreements?
A: We have maintenance agreements for new equipment or systems installed in you
home or business. We also offer maintenance agreements on your EXISTING systems!

7.) What type of warranties do you have?
A: On all new equipment installed, H-VAC automatically provides a one year
Guarantee on all labor in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on the parts
or systems installed. Our technicians are N.A.T.E. (National Association of

8.) Do you install water heaters?
A: Yes we do! We have standard water heaters for your home or business in stock
and ready to go. We also carry instantaneous water heating systems that can help
you conserve space, money, and, help preserve our natural resources. For more

9.) What’s in the air that I’m breathing in my home right now?
A: H-VAC has indoor air quality recording and monitoring devices that will tell
you exactly what’s in the air that you’re breathing. We can identify carbon
monoxide, pet dander, particulate matter, allergens in the air, dust mites,
fungus, mold, and potentially toxic gases in your current systems. Analysis of
the results help H-VAC design an air quality system to insure your home or
business has clean and healthy air to breathe.

AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency) is a furnace rating that represents the percentage of heat produced for every dollar of fuel consumed. The current minimum is 78% AFUE. Lennox offers furnaces with ratings as high as 95%. |

SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is a measure of a central air conditioner’s efficiency and performance or how much electricity it consumes. Typical SEER ratings range from 13 to 18. Lennox has air conditioners with ratings as high as 20.5. |

HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor) is the heating efficiency rating for heat pumps. The current minimum is 7.7 HSPF. Lennox® heat pumps achieve ratings as high as 9.3. |
What is a heat pump?
In the summer, it operates like an air conditioner, collecting heat from your
home and sending it outside. In the winter, the process is reversed. Because a
heat pump transfers heat, and does not create it, it requires significantly less
energy to heat your home.
