G & G Marina has been selling
Honda outboards for over 16 years. Why?
The reliability, durability and fuel efficiency of Honda outboards “demonstrate
both quality and value” that our mission statement promises. G & G wants to keep
you on the water having family fun.
Why is this a great time to purchase a new Honda?
G & G Marina has 2 through 225 horsepower Honda engines in stock. Honda has
financing as low as 4.99% on their outboards and as low as 6.99% on boat
packages through December.
What is the Honda standard warranty?
Recreational warranty on Honda outboards is a 5 year, non-declining
warranty. Honda’s warranty is one of the few non-declining engine warranties in
the marine Industry. G & G Marina and Honda Marine are dedicated to keeping you
on the water.
What does Honda’s “non-declining” warranty mean?
The warranty is the same on the last day of the fifth year as the first day of
the first year. It is a true factory warranty and G & G Marina is fully
authorized to complete your warranty needs. G & G Marina has one of the five
Honda Master Technicians in the nation on staff.
I have been told by two-stroke outboard sales people that the cost of
ownership on a four-stroke Honda is higher than on a two-stroke. Is that true?
The maintenance item that the competition likes to highlight here is valve
adjustment. Honda valve checks begin at intervals as low as 200 hours. National
statistics show that the average boater runs his engine 35 hours a year, which
would dictate a valve check in the 6th year. The next item is the oil change.
Look at it this way, burn it constantly in the two-stroke or change it every 100
hours on a four-stroke and recycle the used oil.
Why are San Pan, Aqua Patio, and Sweetwater triple log pontoon boats so
popular?
G & G sells triple log pontoons in the San Pan, Aqua Patio and Sweetwater
product lines and has been selling pontoon boats for over 30 years. The outboard
triple log pontoon has the advantages of superior ride in rough water, lots of
room, comfortable amenities, ease of boarding, safety and stability, ski-towing
capabilities, speeds up to 50 miles per hour, and year around use without the
need to manually drain blocks or manifolds after use. San Pan, Aqua Patio, and
Sweetwater models provide basic through top of the line needs.
What is so special about the Hurricane Deck Boat line?
Hurricane Deck Boats sold by G&G Marina has been building fiberglass deck
boats for over 50 years. Hurricane builds only deck boats and has more different
models than any other deck boat manufacturer. Deck boats have more space in the
bow area, are stabile and safe, may be equipped to serve as the fishing/family
crossover, and have many outboard versions for easy year around use as well as
sterndrives.
Why do winterizing prices vary so greatly?
Winterizing is far more than just draining the water filled components on
your boat. Corrosion prevention, basic maintenance procedures and lubrication
changes are a few items that should also be addressed. Using ethanol fuel
dictates some additional attention. Call or email the G&G Marina for additional
information.
Why does G&G emphasize maintenance?
Maintenance helps prevent failures. G&G knows that you have a limited number
of boating days available. One of G&G Marina’s goals is to insure that all of
those days are usable boating days for your family. When is the last time you
had a water pump impeller replaced?
