But their construction material was a little "different". This was the "canstruction" event as part of the university's homecoming festivities. Each team had three hours to build a structure made entirely of canned and boxed food items. Each of the entries was judged for creativity and all the food from the build was donated to Ozarks Food Harvest. "Every year during homecoming
