Your cell phone conversations may not be as private as you might think.

A new website is out that allows a person to download spyware onto a cellphone. It allows the person to listen in on phone calls, see text messages and even hear what's going on in the room the phone is in.

The person being targeted doesn't know the spyware is on the phone.

Technology and legal experts say it may even be legal to put the spyware on someone else's phone.

Right now the spyware can only be put onto a phone if it is physically connected to a computer, but experts say it won't be long before people will be able to remotely send spyware to a cell phone.
