Wednesday, Nov 18, 2009 @09:32pm CST Five Christian County teenagers pleaded not guilty to various vandalism charges.
Dustin Cleek, the son of Christian County Prosecutor Ron Cleek, along with Andrew and James Bagwell, Josiah Babin and Coleman Walker all entered their pleas in court today. They face several felony and misdemeanor counts for a vandalism spree that began around June 27th. The suspects are accused of setting two vehicles on fire and spray painting garage doors and other property. All five men are due back in court in January. |
