(Clever, MO) --  There is an update on the soldier from the Ozarks who is at Fort Hood right now.

Craig Phillips, 25, just returned to Fort Hood Monday from a six month tour in Iraq.

For hours Thursday, family members in Clever, Missouri were unable to reach him and feared he might have been a victim of the shooting spree.

This morning, his family tells KOLR10 News Phillips is fine.

It's called "Safe and Well" and it lets individuals register themselves as safe and well.  Then friends and family can search the list of those who have registered.
