Man Accused of Sex witih Minor

(Joplin, MO) -- Federal authorities accuse a man from Joplin of having sex with a minor while traveling with a missionary group.
Colby Williams, 24, was arrested and charged Thursday.
He accused of having sexual encounters with a 14 year old in 2007.
The two were travelling with an American missions group in Cyprus when the alleged encounters happened. -
