Flags Lowered for Missouri Soldier

(Jefferson City, MO) -- Flags will fly at half staff in Missouri today in honor of Sergeant Issac B. Jackson of Lathrop.
Jackson, 27, served in the United States Army. He died Octoer 27 while serving in Afghanistan.
Governor Jay Nixon has ordered that the U.S. and Missouri flags at state buildings be flown at half-staff in honor of Jackson's funeral today. -
