(Fort Smith, AR) -- Police in New Mexico capture a man they say may have shot a police officer in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Investigators say Tristan J. Honey turned himself in.

A warrant is expected to be issued for him by a judge in Sebastian County for attempted capital murder.

He is suspected of shooting Corporal Barney Parsons, after Parsons stopped him for running a stop sign.

Parsons was wearing a bulletproof vest and is reportedly in stable condition.
