Missouri Soldier Killed in Afghanistan

(Plattsburg, MO) -- A Missouri soldier has died in Afghanistan.
Sgt. Issac Jackson, 27, of Plattsburg, Missouri, was one of seven soldiers who died in an ambush Tuesday.
The soldiers' vehicle hit a roadside bomb and then insurgents then attacked with small arms fire.
Jackson was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 17th Infantry Regiment based in Fort Lewis, Washington. -
