    (Little Rock, AR) -- People in Arkansas can buy a Powerball ticket starting tomorrow.
    They go on sale at 10:15 pm Saturday.

    Powerball is a multi-state jackpot game.  Tickets cost just one dollar.

    The game will be part of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
