Thursday, Aug 27, 2009 @06:58am CDT Triple Chocolate Cookies - Chef Chadwick Isom 6 oz. chopped chocolate for melting 4 oz. butter melted with chocolate 2 eggs 4 oz. sugar (half cup) 2 oz. brown sugar (third cup) 1 1/2 oz. flour (6 T.) 1 oz. cocoa (1/4 cup) 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 4 oz. (1 cup) pecan pieces (toasted) - optional 6 oz. (1 cup) chocolate chips 6 oz. (1 cup) white chocolate chips 4 oz. milk chocolate (chopped) Cream eggs and sugar until pale and a little airy. Gradually pour in melted chocolate and butter mixture, mixing until combined. Add cocoa, baking powder and vanilla until well combined. Fold in nuts, chips and chopped chocolate. Grease cookie sheet well. Bake at 325 for 8-12 minutes. |
