Tuesday, Aug 11, 2009 @06:34am CDT Farm Fresh Omelet 4 eggs ¼ cup fresh mushrooms (sliced) ¼ cup green pepper (diced) ¼ cup diced tomatoes ½ cup bacon (fried, drained and crumbled) ½ cup grated cheese ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper Prepare all vegetables, cheese and bacon - set aside In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the salt and black pepper Pour into hot skillet, flip when set.
