Wednesday, Jan 30, 2008 @05:31pm CST 1 12 oz pkg Mexican cheese 1 can Ro-tel 4 tbs. butter 4tbs flour milk to thicken 1 tbs chopped cilantro 1tbs chili powder (more if you like) 1tsp cumin 2 tbs chopped jalapeños 2tbs chopped green onion Melt butter add flour and cook for 2 minutes on med heat add enough milk to thicken. Add remaining ingrediance. Pour into crock pot. Serve with tortilla chips. This dip does not get the crust on top like most dips do, and it's very creamy! Variations to the recipe are: Add hamburger seasoned with chili powder. Christina Bates |
