Thursday, Jan 17, 2008 @08:42pm CST Ingredients: 2-3 pound arm roast 2 carrots grated 1 yellow onion chopped 3 stalks celery chopped Garlic clove (to taste) 2 envelopes Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing Mix Salt & pepper 1/3 cup water 8 buttered/grilled Directions: Place the grated carrots, chopped onion, celery, and garlic gloves and water in bottom of slow cooker. Pierce arm roast multiple times and place meat on top of chopped vegetables. Salt and Pepper. Start slow cooker on high for about 1 hour. Turn cooker to low for 6-8 hours. The meat will be falling apart and there should be a natural sauce from the cooking of the meat and vegetables together. You may ‘pull’ the meat apart (like pulled pork).
