Thursday, Jan 17, 2008 @08:22pm CST Slow Cooker Roast Beef Ingredients: 1 Boneless Beef Sirloin Tip Roast (4 lbs) Arm/Chuck - Divided in Half 1/2 cup all purpose flour - divided in half Directions: Rub the roast with 1/4 cup flour and place in a 5 quart slow cooker. Combine in a bowl: 1 envelope brown gravy mix 1 envelope onion soup mix 2 cups cold water remaining 1/4 cup of flour Stir until blended. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or overnight, or until meat is tender. Slice roast. (Makes its own gravy) Serve with hot mashed potatoes and side dishes of your choosing.
