(Little Rock, AR)  --  An Arkadelphia couple, Johnny and Sharon Maynard, are due in court today, after being arrested on more than 150 charges of animal cruelty. 

The couple was arrested Friday, after more than 70 dogs and other animals stacked in cages were discovered in a U-Haul truck that had broken down in Little Rock. 

The animals are now in the custody and care of the Little Rock Animal Shelter, and are awaiting adoption.
