MediCaid, the cost of your prescriptions should be virtually the same regardless
of where you have them filled. We do save our customer’s time and money with our
FREE delivery service to your home or business.
Q: Do you accept my insurance plan?
A: We accept all major insurance plans including Medicare & MediCaid. If
we are not on your insurance company’s list of providers, just give us a call.
We will do our best to get your HMO or PPO to add us to their list.
Q: Do you offer delivery service for my prescriptions?
A: Yes we do and it’s absolutely FREE! Local delivery to your home or
business during regular business hours is available in the Springfield area.

Q: How can I transfer my existing prescriptions to Alps from my current
provider?
A: It’s easy. We do it for you. Just call or stop by the store and we’ll
do the rest. To welcome you to our store you will receive a free gift with your
1st prescription transferred to Alps. (Limit one welcome gift per customer)
Q: Can you mail my prescriptions to me?
A: Yes, we can mail your prescriptions directly to your home or business.
Q: Do you have any special payment plans available for fixed income
households and customers?
A: Alps Pharmacy can bill you once a month for all of your co-pay amounts
due on prescriptions filled through insurance, Medicare, and MediCaid. Call

Q: How long does it take to get my prescriptions filled?
A: Our goal is to fill your prescriptions while you wait, usually within
15 minutes. Occasionally, due to multiple prescription orders, problems
contacting you doctor, or insurance processing problems may delay the process.
